We’ve also expanded our product offerings. We’ve created a brand-new spin-off company, Sidekick
Training, which is launching an education technology platform. Imagine if Zoom was built for live
corporate training. Guided by learner data insights, this product choreographs engaging, live-learning
experiences for measurable training effectiveness.
Sidekick is on the cusp of something truly special. With the broad shift to remote learning across all
industries, and limited software options available, there is an enormous opportunity for a live, virtual
training platform like Sidekick to take off.
We’re looking for a hungry, motivated and passionate individual to be the champion of business
development to help fuel both Enable’s and Sidekick Training’s growth!
OVERVIEW
The Director of Client Engagement will play a major role in helping reach our growth objectives.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will partner with the Marketing team to generate qualified sales
leads. With a consultative sales approach, you’ll guide prospects along our sales process all the way to a
closed sale. You will do this by nurturing potential clients and providing them with a customized solution
to fit their business needs. We are an organization with significant potential for growth and
development for the right person!
Responsibilities: from prospect to close!
- Drive success of the company’s goals and objectives through achieving individual and team sales quotas
- Develop in-depth knowledge of our business products/services and value proposition
- Prospect, develop and qualify leads and produce high-quality sales opportunities
- Build and manage the sales pipeline through research, prospecting efforts, inbound leads, and relationship building
- Execute meaningful discovery calls, demonstrate great listening skills and provide focused software demos or vision presentations to close
- Forecast and report on sales activity and revenue achievements accurately through proper use of CRM
- Analyze business processes and collaborate with the team to streamline processes and measure the results of activities
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 3 years experience selling software solutions and services
- Experience in the eLearning sector
- Minimum 2 years sales experience with B2B enterprise SaaS experience
- Demonstrated track record of managing Lead Generation/Business Development Sales process within fast-growing companies
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
- Hands-on experience working with Enterprise CRM software is an asset (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Experience with tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator is an asset
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Exceptional organization, prioritization, and time management skills
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
- Language: English
