Building Financial Resilience: Financial Empowerment and Problem-Solving Training
United Way Halton & Hamilton is dedicated to strengthening the community by providing essential support to its most vulnerable members. In collaboration with Home Suite Hope, the Credit Counselling Society, and Enable Education, United Way launched the Financial Empowerment & Problem Solving (FEPS) initiative. This program addresses the root causes of poverty by offering free tax filing, financial education, and support services. With the help of Enable Education's expertise in learning design, the initiative developed a comprehensive online training course featuring instructional videos, interactive lessons, and practical modules on credit management, debt, high-interest lenders, and credit counselling.

Second Harvest wanted to produce an interactive 3D game to help clients reduce food waste in their own homes and community kitchens. Enable’s developers used the Unity Game Engine to create an interactive and immersive learning game that engages learners and delivers key learning in a fun way.
Bridging Theory and Practice: University of Waterloo's Experiential Learning Revolution
Enable Education and the team from the Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering equipped the bridge between two engineering buildings with instrumental sensors, which measure the forces generated on them. The sensors allow students to compare modeling design assumptions with what happens in the real world.

At the start of the pandemic, the National High School Ethics Bowl (NHSEB) needed a technological solution that would ensure this incredibly valuable national network of events didn’t fizzle out because they couldn’t meet in person due to COVID. Enable Education built the National High School Ethics Bowl a solution, NHSEBOne, that ensures the quality of NHSEB’s program delivery is consistent and scalable from coast to coast in the US.
